I airbrushed a cake for the first time at the San Bernardino County Fair over the May 15-16th weekend. Kyle designed and sculpted it and let me spray a little.
We are offering some hands-on instructional workshops where students can learn airbrush tricks and techniques to enhance their artwork.
No matter your skill level or what media you work with, these airbrush classes are designed to get you up to speed and airbrushing like a pro in no time. Keep an eye on the classes page, or contact us for more information.

We made the local paper for participating in the Jamul Painted Pony Festival
In another area, airbrush artist Mark Stansell of Oceanside put the finishing touches on one of four painted horse statues that were auctioned during the festival. Stansell decorated his piece, "Ghostrider Pony," with medieval-styled armor and flames that fanned out across the horse’s chest and sides. He usually paints motorcycles and cars, but his canvases also have included surfboards, a Navy helicopter and a prosthetic leg. "I paint whatever stands still long enough," Stansell said.
Our customized beach cruisers won 1st and 2nd place Full Custom at the Lowrider & Bicycle Show,
Tim was glad to have his leg "tatooed" at a recent event.
Thanks for lettin' us customize your leg!
His story about it:
I got my leg "tatted"!
Here's the pics where Mark started on the paint and then a few of it after I got it back.
Most people thought it was just a funky looking heli canopy until I had to point out that it was my prosthetic.
Mark does an amazing job and I'll definitely be ordering from him in the future!
It's tough enough getting stared at because I lost my leg, but now nobody has to feel uncomfortable about staring!
Thanks a million to Mark, this has been a truly life changing event for someone like myself,
and it was a really unique thing to have happen right there in the middle of such a cool event to begin with!
